Return + Exchange Policy

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We offer refunds/exchanges only on damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All packages are shipped insured and we do everything in our power to ensure your item properly packaged to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Send us an email with the photos as soon as you receive the package. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. Once the damaged item is shipped back to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and either exchange or refund you. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Additional non-returnable/exchangeable items:
We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, gift cards, sale items and earrings (most jewelry).
