We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We offer refunds/exchanges only on damaged merchandise within 30 days of purchase. All packages are shipped insured and we do everything in our power to ensure your item properly packaged to arrive safely. If you do receive a package with a damaged item please take a photo of both the damaged item and the damaged packaging it came in. Send us an email with the photos as soon as you receive the package. This is necessary to make the insurance claim. Once the damaged item is shipped back to us and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and either exchange or refund you.
